Take away pizza, lady serving us was patient and asked about our trip we were on. Pizza was lovely too!

If I could give it a 0/5, I would. I pre ordered a full Italian hoagie over the phone for pickup. I arrived with three of my friends as a table was leaving. I walked up to the register with 2 soft drinks and let her know I was there to pick up my food. From the start, the lady at the front was extremely disrespectful and snarky. As I sat down to eat my food, I noticed that our Italian dressing cup was halfway full. (For a full hoagie, I expected a full cup)… I politely walked up to the counter and requested if I could have an extra cup because what we were given was not enough. She looked at me and said “It is $1.07 upcharge for extra sauce.” and I replied as I knew, and I apologized for being inconsiderate of the situation but explained how the cup was not filled. She then huffed and puffed away from the counter and then proceeded to toss the sauce in a very rude manner over the counter. I then had called to speak to a manager and was cut short and told “the boss was tired and the reasoning was due to short staffed”. My friends and I visit Pizza Milano frequently in between our schooling, so for this experience to occur was very surprising. I can’t say less about the food being amazing, but the staff and service is horrendous.

The girl only filled the cup of dressing half way and when asked for another she said there would be an up charge and we were willing to pay it even though ours was not filled all the way and she threw it at us. Who throws dressing. Then she gave looks the whole time we were eating. When a call was placed to Angel, the manager, her answer was they are short staffed so while she would reprimand her there was nothing more she could do because she was needed. When asked for someone higher Angel said there was but the “Dude” was tired and would also not do anything. What treatment. A lot of companies are short staffed but that does not give you an excuse for being rude or poor service.

Just worked our food truck all day in the heat. The fresh pizza from Pizza Milano hit the spot. Thanks for cooking for us!

First time ordering didn't start out good. Ordered an hour and 15 minutes before my lunch break and waited for an hour . I had to call multiple times to be told they don't deliver where I was , I could have been told before my credit card got charged. I had to pick it up and still got charged full price ! I definitely won't be getting food from there again..
