Sonic Drive-in - Cabo San Marcos

Went with my Pups and sat at a table outside and had some lunch on a nice day. Loves the chili cheese

Saw their double cheeseburger on special for $1.99. Ordered 1 just to check it out. Worst cheeseburger I have ever had. Both burger patties were barely warn and had been cooked and setting for at least several hours. The 2 slices of cheese were cold and not even melted at all. Will never go to Sonic again.

I genuinely just don’t understand why this place can’t get it together. 30 minute wait for a sundae, 2 drinks, and soft pretzel sticks. We are one of 2 cars here. It is 7:30pm on a Thursday night (no rush). It’s disappointing because my kids love this place but I KNOW, deep in my soul, that it will NEVER be a quick experience.

My order was taken and delivered in a timely manner. That is the only good thing I can say. When I asked for ketchup the girl disappeared and never came back. The food was cold and tasted like plastic. I generally like Sonic and I have been to the one off of Basoline many times without incident.This is definitely the worst Sonic location ever.

How can one mix up an automated food order. Beyond me. But that's what happened at the Sonic in San Marcos. You would think I would have learned by now.
