In-n-out Burger In Cov

This is the 3rd time I’ve come in the evening around 930pm and the first time I thought they accidentally burned the buns and overcooked fries . 2nd time I said to myself ok maybe they are training new hires . Since I’ve always come to this location and never had a problem for the past 20 years. Well tonight is the 3rd time 5-8-24 at 10pm and the buns were so burnt that I had to remove them as it was so hard and bitter . The fries were also cold and hard . During the day shift this location is fine. So from now on if we want it in the evening we will no longer take another chance and just go to Glendora even though this one is closer. I’ve wasted 3 meals and my families meals as well so at least 100.00 total for gross burgers and fries !

Overcooked burger and buns. We did go late at night, so late crew might have been a bit sleepy when they cooked. Fries are mediocre and I fail to see the hype of this place as a good burger.

Terrible now the burgers are smaller than Macdonals!! It's incredible, they raise the price and make the burgers as if they were a penny big…. TERRIBLE!!!
