Bidra med feedbackThis pub-cum-restaurant sits next to the small lake in Temiscuata, a holiday town in Quebec. The service was prompt and super friendly and the menu very ambitious. I had a good burger with fries while my wife had a sizzling shrimp teriyaki dish. We finished off with two big slices of sugar tart. Recommended.
My spouse and I had a pleasant dinner at this restaurant. They had outdoor seating with a beautiful view of the lake. The food was delicious pub fare and the restaurant seemed to be popular among locals, which is always a good sign of tasty food and a friendly atmosphere for socializing.
I wasn't expecting fine dining at this pub, but the service was quick and efficient. The beer and wine options were limited compared to other pubs. The food lacked flavor and was often lukewarm instead of hot. We were disappointed when our shrimp and scallop brochette arrived, as it was not grilled as expected. The assortment of poutine had warm fries but cold cheese.

After a long day on the road, it was nice to find a pub and enjoy a quick bite. The burger was good and the fries, although seemingly store bought came unsalted. We love that. Also thank you for conversing with us in English. Although, I can read some French..speaking it is not my strong suit.
