Bidra med feedbackThis restaurant consistently gets our order right, which is quite impressive given that we have a family of eight and often place large orders. When they do make a mistake, they go out of their way to fix it without us even having to ask, which is more than I can say for other fast food places. The only area they could improve on is listening for sauce requests. If you don’t specifically ask for sauces (like for nuggets), they tend to give us five of each spice instead. It’s amusing, but not a major issue; it just feels wasteful since we end up throwing most of it away.
I really enjoy the fish sandwich here. I've tried other options, but I always end up coming back to Arby's.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. If they were out of something, they clearly communicated it and explained the reason. I found this to be very professional and considerate. The food was absolutely delicious, and I would definitely stop by again.
All of my food was not put into bag thru drive thru, Had to call every Arby's in the area to someone to call from there store to the lyndora and tell them to to answer phone. Great take down my name to replace what was missing. I go in to get my missingitems and all of a sudden there's a new policy you have to bring your receipt back. My receipt doesn't reflect missing itemsfrom the bag. So no money back and no replacement of missing items. If I could there would be a negative stars.
Food was delicious. Service was subpar. I was not greeted right away, not even we 'll be right with you. I waited close to 10 minutes to be waited on. Even the manager looked over and didn 't say anything.
