Arby's - Butler

This restaurant consistently gets our order right, which is quite impressive given that we have a family of eight and often place large orders. When they do make a mistake, they go out of their way to fix it without us even having to ask, which is more than I can say for other fast food places. The only area they could improve on is listening for sauce requests. If you don’t specifically ask for sauces (like for nuggets), they tend to give us five of each spice instead. It’s amusing, but not a major issue; it just feels wasteful since we end up throwing most of it away.

I really enjoy the fish sandwich here. I've tried other options, but I always end up coming back to Arby's.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. If they were out of something, they clearly communicated it and explained the reason. I found this to be very professional and considerate. The food was absolutely delicious, and I would definitely stop by again.
