Eastern Eye Cuisine - Bury

I am absolutely blown away by this Indian restaurant. It's the best I've had in years. The food was top-notch and the staff were exceptional. I highly recommend it. The service, dining experience, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5. I recommend trying the Tandoori dishes.

You know how, sometimes, you have an expectation of a place, and sometimes, the actual event somehow falls short.... Well, not this time. I finally got down to the Eastern Eye again, and once again, they delivered. After 15 years of the Antipodean alternative, my Madras and Kingfisher knocked my socks off. A superbly balanced and perfectly cooked curry with mushroom pilau, naans, and chapatis, complete with attentive and efficient service from intelligent and pleasant waiters in a fantastic surround what's not to like! Highly, highly recommended, even without the memories. Thank you Eastern Eye. I will surely be back again next time I fly over.
