Bidra med feedbackI know now why they call it The waiting room. There were 10 Bartenders behind the bar and only around 4 staff attending to tables and chairs. Placed our order of 1 Pierre Ferdinand 1840 cognac) no ice and coke as a side glass, a fancy pain au chocolat cocktail which read lovely, a gin and tonic and beer. This took 35min to hit the table. The cognac was loaded with ice sent back) and the cocktail which was brought out was spilt all over the saucer that was brought out and no bigger than a Ristretto. $25) Didn't want to make to much of a fuss so my wife didn't say anything as I'd just sent back the cognac. It was not I would say busy. I brought my parents from England for a night out and The waiting room will not be on my list of returned to places. Disappointed.
My partner and I go to TWR about once a week. It is a great place. The prawn dumplings are particularly nice. The one great addition would be to stock alcohol free wines for Dry January and beyond Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Looks like a classy place when entering, but people in thongs and singlets late into Friday evening is a bit odd. Waited 25 mins for a signature $27 cocktail and it was OK, but didn't fill the tiny glass. Live music was very good, but won't rush back. Price per person: A$40–60 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
Great place to relax and have a beverage. There were a few flaws with service this time, but it couldn’t ruin the overall experience of the place. Great for a meal or a beverage Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Truffle French Fries
