The Roasting Project - Burntisland

The coffee here is excellent. The vegan options are great, particularly the cakes, but the selection can be somewhat limited at times. This update is based on a previous review from August 20, 2021.

I tried a slice of carrot cake, but there were three other cakes I could have selected. It’s wonderful to have options in a café that isn't exclusively vegan. They've really put thought into the menu and offer some great meal choices as well.

I've recently moved to the area, and there aren’t many local dining options. The Roasting Project is a lovely café that offers excellent coffee and a solid selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes, all clearly marked. I tried the vegan curry, which was delicious, satisfying, and reasonably priced. They have various other vegan options as well. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable for hanging out.
