Mcdonald's - Burns Harbor

I waited for the lunch to switch over from the breakfast menu and ordered a big Mac meal, and I really have to say McDonald's food is nothing like it used to be, when my order was ready one of the worker, more or less just tossed my order on the counter and walked away...I really started to ask for a refund for that purpose alone,fries were not that good, and the big Mac was edible but I will never order again....service was lousy and the food was not that great, but I ate it...

This McDonald's is at the pilot gas station which is under construction, very limited service at the pilot? No hot food, no showers, will be under construction till end of April The only thing good there is the gas and coffee.

Semi-regular patron here**It can be a toss up with this location at times. Sometimes a hit, sometimes a horrible miss. This visit was a hit! It's currently midnight... and along with my order being 100% correct, my food is nice, hot and fresh! The Double Whopper is most certainly a keeper?

First and last time, I'll order in this place. 25 minutes waiting for a coffee, and I ask them for time, and they ignore me ... bad service... ?

Very friendly staff and very clean establishment.....
