Mcdonald's Burnie

Oops! It looks like another dozen people chose to grab McDonald's takeaway this morning. The drive-thru was completely packed, but the staff handled it remarkably well.

The food and coffee were excellent. The only letdown was when I requested extra butter for the hot cakes and received just three pads for two servings. However, the staff was helpful in resolving the issue.

I really enjoy the McCafe options. However, it would be great if they could pay a bit more attention to customers who want to order at the counter. I would also prefer to be able to place my McCafe orders there, instead of having to wait almost 15 minutes for a coffee.

Drive through lines are crazy at times and had a couple of missed items in my order. All good though

Not enough soft furnishings, really noisy. I don 't understand this trend of being able to kind of see into the kitchen and having 'all rounders ' both preparing food and serving customers. It just makes for a lot of noise, an ugly environment and unhappy faces on employees.
