Drive through lines are crazy at times and had a couple of missed items in my order. All good though

Not enough soft furnishings, really noisy. I don 't understand this trend of being able to kind of see into the kitchen and having 'all rounders ' both preparing food and serving customers. It just makes for a lot of noise, an ugly environment and unhappy faces on employees.

Our food was fine but the restaurant was filthy food all over the tables and floors and it wasn’t like it was just left there. The floors are so greasy and slippery I’m amazed some body hasn’t seriously hurt themselves. Use to be very clean has declined so much in the last few years! I would have thought in these Covid times cleanliness would be more important than ever!! not sure I want to think how clean the kitchen was

Terrible service. Coke was like water no flavour??? And not even brown really. Something weird going on with it tastes like carbonated water with a tent bit of colouring no flavour at all?? Fries were like cardboard. Cheeseburger was ok but squashed. Coke also was only 3/4 full and girl rolled eyes when i asked her to fill it up properly. they wouldn't let me buy a sauce at second window and told me to drive around again. Absolutely the most ridiculous thing I've heard ever. They have no idea how to run a business properly.

Took 5 minutes at the speaker just to order the family value burger box, continually having to repeat myself and re explain my order as the staff on the other end couldn't hear nor understand even yelling slowly as if I were speaking to a child. Finally we got our order right and picked it up. Chips and big burgers in the order were cold and old, small burgers made fresh. Old dried orange substance all over our drink tray (we ordered coke and chocolate milks), chocolate fudge and dirty fingerprints all over our drinks (nothing we ordered had chocolate fudge). Disgusting. Obviously no hand washing or food safety standards apply here. Totally gross.
