My wife and I decided to try Mei Yuan for the first time today. After calling in a to-go order we were told it would be 15-20 minutes. It took us about 25 minutes to get there from our home. After getting to the restaurant and paying for the food we still had to wait about 10 minutes. Not the worst wait, just notable. We got our food and went home. After driving 25 minutes home we found that our order was completely wrong. We called the restaurant and the girl that answered the phone said to let them know the next time we were in and they could give us a credit since we paid for much more than we actually received. Then the manager told her that unless we drove 25 minutes back to the restaurant right now they wouldn’t do anything about our order and we would not get any credit or compensation for the order being wrong. Guess there won’t be a next time if this is the type of service and management we can expect
