Domino's Pizza - Burnet

My order was not delivered I was still charged.The delivery driver never delivered my order, they returned to the store checked my order as delivered. I got an email from domino's apologizing about the issue. And I just now realized I never got a refund.

I ordered pizza, garlic knots, cinnamon twists and sprite. When the order got here, we noticed we were missing the sprite.I ran out there to tell them I was missing the sprite and they were going to go back and get it, but they never came back, so service could be better. Food did not come with any sauces, but overall the food was good, service was meh.

Domino's used to be my go-to pizza place because I know it's made fresh but over the last year of ordering from now to quality and accuracy has dropped. Now anytime we order pizza I have to recut my pizzas when I get home if I pick up the order up in store 95% of the chance its not going to be the right order ever since they stop labeling the boxes. And anytime we order cinnamon twists they never put enough cinnamon on them so it just comes out just regular bread.

Very friendly and professional. And wanted to make sure my food was correct.
