The Employee at the till was extremely rude.We placed an order at 9:45pm by call and picked it up few mins before 10:00pm. The guy at the till in a threatening tone told us Dont you know we close at 10pm when there were 2 other cutomers who just entered before us and 2 more behind us. It 's understandable that closing times and last minute customers can be frustrating. However, I am a regular customer who lives at a 2 minute walking distance and every time I visit, the customer service keeps getting WORSE.He nicely greeted the people behind us. He was only rude to us.Usually when we go to the store or call to place an order around 15 minutes before they close, they usually say they are closed and they dont accept the order. But instead the Employee chose to be SELECTIVELY chose to be arrogant today.

I actually tried this place through ubereats because I saw they had a promo, for buy one get one free. Was pretty skeptical due to the fact I'm not the biggest milk tea fan. I ordered the mochi roasted milk tea with sea salt cream/cold foam. I honestly really liked it, l enjoyed the aspect of them using actual mochi in the drink too which was really interesting but it worked. They made both drinks as asked and I didn't have any issues with either. Would recommend to at least give this place a shot, and would order again even without a discount.

I 'm fairly new to Bubble Tea, and this one knocked it out of the park for me! I got the Fleshy Grape, no ice, no added sugar, and added coconut jelly. This was delicious. I scared my sister in law with how fast I consumed it. She kept saying, You 're not even enjoying it! . But I couldn 't stop, it was too good. HahaIt didn 't need any added sweetener in my opinion, this drink was already very sweet. I would like to go back and try other flavours.Would definitely recommend!

I actually never had such exemplary brown sugar bbtea. The taste even beat the high end places.
