Bidra med feedbackThe girl working there is extremely rude and will completely ignore you to do Uber pickups and browse her phone while you are waiting. Extremely unprofessional. I ordered something on a whim from there again. Big mistake, same issue. The other customer there was having a similar experience. He bought something but they were too lazy to unlock the washroom for him so told him to wait until the women's room was free. Ended up recommendating him another place nearby I sincerely doubt he'll be back. So many options on campus. ALL WITH BETTER SERVICE!!! Nice to see nothing's changed. I suspect they dislike having to serve customers ordering beef dishes.
December 14 (12:10) Unprofessional, unwelcoming, the girl who wrapped my burrito was having a hard time wrapping it, then this guy who packed it he was noticing my burrito leaking but he still ended up wrapping it. All the bread was sticking with the packing paper. I dint even manage to take few bites of it
Ordered a large burrito and received this, was half empty and half the size of what was advertised. Feel ripped off after spending $14 for what was mostly just a tortilla
I've been coming to the SFU Burnaby location of this chain for 5 years, a couple times per month on average, which adds up to more than 100 visits, and more than $1000 spent. During the past couple months, some new staff have arrived that give customers (at least this customer) much smaller burritos. I typically order a large burrito, which lately looks (and weighs) like a small burrito used to look half a year ago. The staff is skimping on meat, rice and black beans, specifically. I brought up this problem with the staff about a month ago, but as of today nothing has changed. And the prices have increased by about 15 this year. Unless the management looks into this and fixes the issue, I will stop coming here, since SFU Burnaby has many other good food options.
Not very good at all. And it's overpriced considering the portion sizes.
