Servers were rude and inattentive . Food was horrible returned the calamari and got wings that I didn’t even eat . Food was undercooked . I asked for help and a male waitress because I couldn’t get my waitresses attention . He just looked at me and walked away like I was invisible . Drinks were good had. A Cesar . Personas, a great restaurant located in Grand Villa Casino in Burnaby. It has an easy to sit surrounding bar with bar seating. Inside is a restaurant with comfortable spacious seating. The food is trendy and fusion based. They have happy hour from 3 to 5 and have daily specials. I enjoy Personas for happy hour when in the casino or area and enjoyed reserving space for staff and event parties. Friendly staff and good service. Recommended. Ordered the surf and turf and was brought out the steak frites instead. Couldn't find our server or a server and flagged down a gentleman who was probably a manager of sort. The missing prawns, potatoes, and vegetables that were suppose to accompany the surf and turf came out separately a bit later, still was missing the Kobe steak sauce but at that point I didn't have much of the original steak remaining. Never saw our server again until we were done, never asked if we wanted anything else, I just asked for the bill and left
