Hi Five Chicken - Burnaby

Ordered over the phone, 10 pcs drumsticks for $20. As family is picky, we had a variety of spicy vs regular/ fried vs roasted. Staff took down the order correctly. When time to pick up, another staff was awesome and friendly. Made my day. And the chicken was fantastic. The roasted ones were well seasoned. The fried ones, crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside. Look wise, the roasted chicken looks smaller

My first time with High Five Chicken was a 10/10 experience! Rahki, one of the employees, was very kind to help us choose their best deals and chicken options. We chose the Mix&Match option for the Roasted and Fried chicken. While we were waiting, Rahki, treated us with a free taste of their fried chicken drumstick, and it was so flavorful!! I knew we were having quality chicken for dinner. The wait wasn’t long and we received the best customer service from Rahki! We will be visiting again some time soon!

The chicken was a bit expensive, but in this case, you certainly get your money's worth. It had a wonderfully crispy exterior and was tender and juicy on the inside. Although the preparation took a bit longer than I would have preferred, the quality of the food made the wait worthwhile. This is definitely a great spot to treat your loved ones.

This review is regarding the service. I've been ordering from this location for the past two years. I usually place my order in advance, but they have never had the food ready by the time I arrive for pickup. I always provide them with my estimated arrival time, but they only start preparing the food once I get there. It's quite frustrating.

Passed by this place a few times, decided to try out the chicken sandwich, turned out it was very good.Eat in or take out.would recommend it.
