Elements Cafe - Burnaby

I went to the café after parking in front of it and visiting Telus next door for 35 minutes. The café staff informed me that I couldn't park there, which I understood and felt bad about. I ordered an expensive flat white coffee with oat milk and an extra shot for $6.50, a reasonable price for a coffee I like. The staff informed me that I had been parked for over an hour, but I offered to show them my Google Maps timeline, which they declined. They initially forgot the oat milk in my coffee, but quickly corrected it. Despite being polite, I later discovered that the coffee was actually a drip coffee without oat milk. As a coffee enthusiast, I was disappointed with the final result and the service provided.

I ordered a wrap and the chicken was green and smelly also the package of ketchup they gave had gone bad. I'll be in touch with the health inspectors. Absolutely disgusting..and very expensive.
