Thai Coconut - Burlington

Tried the pad Thai with glass noodle and beef. Was pretty good ! The spring roll and the sauce that came with it is to die for !?

Tried this place on Skip the Dishes tonight and we were very disappointed in the food. It looked and tasted stale and like it had been sitting around all day. We spent over $70 for this meal and we were looking forward to enjoying some Thai food. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

Just got home with the pad Thai lunch special and I have to take a moment to say how thrilled I am with Thai coconutThe customer service on the phone was superb. I was greeted when I went in the door with a friendly smile and a hello, My pad Thai is loaded with chicken. I had a full spring roll with my lunch that was included, and I upgraded my soup to a coconut soup all for a very fair price!Compared to other Thai restaurants in Burlington Thai coconut, has exceeded my expectations in every single way!I will definitely be a repeat customer and tell all my friends and family when they want Thai food; this is the place you need to go to.Thank you so much for your outstanding food, and service. It’s great to get value for your money..

I am not sure if it was the owner or a worker, but a woman in a white SUV was driving aggressively because she was inconvenienced for a couple of minutes while I was picking something up at the back. I would not have written a review, but she drove right at us, speeding and trying to hit us. This behavior is not acceptable, and I would not eat or work at this place if this is the type of angry people working there. Relax.

We have been frequenting Thai Coconuts since it opened, both dining in and getting takeout. However, a recent disappointing and unappetizing order made us question the quality of the food. Despite expressing our concerns to the owner during a large expensive order for a family gathering, we were assured that it was the same cook and recipes. Unfortunately, many dishes were overcooked, mushy, and unappealing. It may be time for the cook to retire, as we are now considering trying out a different restaurant.
