The Bagel Zone - Burlington

I waited far too long for a toasted bagel with cream cheese, especially since I was the only customer when I placed my order. It was frustrating to see three other people come in, place their orders for cooked food, and receive their meals before mine. This is unacceptable. I won't be returning.

Came on here to read the reviews so I can plan for a business trip, since I am from NY I know good bagel and didn't want to waste my time. Well after reading these reviews I will bring some bagels with me on my trip, no need to get scolded by an owner who sounds mentally unstable. These reviews scared me!

The owner is extremely unprofessional and will call you rude names Simple bagel orders take 15 minutes Multiple times I've ordered food with no one in front of me, and the people after me are served their food

Hello world please, listen the owner Joe, act in a very strange manner every time i go there, he always has this weird way of blurting nasty random things when I'm placing an order i always ignored him. but 12/29/23 at 1:08:33, weird random things again, this time he gave me a good reason never to go back there This time while giving my order to the cashier, here he goes again saying things acting as if we were taking to long to place our order, now mind you no one else is in the store as if the line is being held up, the order took less two minutes. ok i get home open the bag my food all wrong, i called the store he answers the phone he tells me, yelling, BUT IT COMES LIKE THAT! i say but that's not what i ordered he went back a forward with that same attitude for awhile until i decided to say, ok you are right. I'm thinking I've had enough. that's when he said come back ill give you your money back. he said it in a laughing tone, matter a fact the whole time on the phone with him he sounded as if he was amused. The man can't be all there OR maybe he gets off this way treating certain people like that. Who would do that to a customer? HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR CERTAIN PEOPLE. THIS I KNOW sign He won't get a chance to do it again.
