The Bagel Zone - Burlington

This place is great they have really good coffee cake and their bagels are always fresh and salty and, they also have a very wide variety of drinks:

I have been coming here for years and have never had one negative experience. The food is always great and on point and the staff is always courteous and tentative to the customer. I came in today and placed a pretty big order and when my food was ready the owner came to me and said I heard you had a bunch of kids with you today and asked me to please go take a big thing of orange juice home for all of us. I have seen some of the negative comments on here and it would be ignorant for me to try to comment on someone else's experience but I believe this owner is one of those dogs who bites back after being bitten and I can respect that. I will be coming here as long as their doors are open. Thank you for the great food and service!

So you are always telling people to go to the bagel place on 130 well if they want to go it’s NJ Bagel Cafe in towne center in Willingboro they have great bagels and they are always open on time at 6am

If You want a better than average bagel while verbally getting punched in the face this is your place. First time here and I was abused by a staff member for simply placing an order of one dozen onion bagels. I was first told they didn't think there were a dozen but I pointed out the bin and said it looks pretty close and if there were less than a dozen I'd make up the difference with something else. Next thing I know a male employee was saying ,with a very condescending and loud tone,that there wouldn't be any left for other customers and if the came in wanting one they would have to wait a half hour for another batch to be made. He also said he couldn't have empty bins. I'm thinking what the heck is going on here? aren't they a bagel place in the business of selling bagels? Begrudgingly they sold me a dozen,but I was told it was for this one time only. This place has a vibe of a South Philly cheese steak place where if you don't behave in a certain manner they will let you know it. Quality of the bagels is a 4 out of 5. Customer service 1 out of 5Not that I would go back there but I am wondering since I was told that I could purchase the one dozen this time only were they telling me I couldn't come back? or I was allowed to return but no more 12 of a kind dozens?After checking their Facebook page I see there is a history of bad customer service. I'm not asking Raising Canes Chick-Fil-A over friendly uncomfortable weirdness and I don't even care if I am thanked but it sure would be nice not to be treated like an A-hole just for wanting to buy their product. It's a strange way of doing business.I have already seen the response from the owner which just backs up the experience I had in that store as he chooses to still berate me

Bagels always fresh. Staff is so nice.If you like poppy seed bagels you will love theirs. The poppy seeds are through the whole bagel. Yum
