Maki Of Japan - Burlington

This Japanese restaurant in the food court of the Burlington Mall is a great choice for classic chicken teriyaki. It is probably my favorite restaurant in the mall. The chicken teriyaki I ordered came with fried rice and steamed vegetables, and I also got a bottle of water, which brought my total to $10.25 - a very reasonable price considering the amount of food and the location. The food is delicious overall, but I did find the staff to be a bit pushy (which was somewhat expected). The location is easy to find, making it a convenient spot to grab a meal. Plus, they are always handing out free samples, so you can try it for yourself!

Some reviews have mentioned being pressured into buying a fountain drink. Yes, I paid $2 for a coke to help with the greasiness. There may be some hidden charges, like having to pay an extra $0.50 to upgrade to fried rice from white rice. Some say the food is greasy, but that's expected. The residents of Burlington might not appreciate Maki of Japan if they're only rating it 2.6 out of 5. Save your money and skip Nobu or Eleven Madison, and head to Maki of Japan instead.
