Kfc - Burlington

This place is a complete train wreck. Over 20 minutes in a car crew line to finally get into the window and say it's not done yet. 5 minutes later, my food finally comes warm at this point. I loved KFC and unfortunately they fell the ball. I will not return to this place soon.

Food was hot and fast you need help if someone is looking for job

They were very unprofessional about the manager and he was even more unprofessional and respectful. I waited for the Auto-Dru loudspeaker for 10 minutes (beeped my horn a few times) before you drive around to find a car in front of me in the reception window. I wanted to ask if the speaker worked or if he was still open. The girl in the window turned her back on me, but stayed in the window. I asked my horn to get her attention, then she realized that she knew me I was there, but was just ignoring me. So I came out and knocked on the window she turned with a stance (eye roll and everything). I asked her if she was open? But he was worse than her. Smh. Dressed and acted as if he wanted to fight me (and I am a lady). I didn't buy anything and I'll never get back from there.

There was a long waiting time to wait for order by car thru and parking. In addition, staff problems are probably the reason and the food tasted so, one of the chicken sandwiches had to be fried longer than the dough was soggy. The new fries didn't taste good, what happened to potato wedges?

The manager was there all alone trying to take care of everything. I felt so sorry for him. Looks like no one else came to work. They didn't have grilled chicken so I left. Poor guy!!!
