Crazy Mexico - Burlington

I absolutely loved this restaurant. I ordered the Quesabirria and I must say, I am very particular about my Birria. The dish was delicious, and by adding a bit of salt to the broth, I was able to enhance the spice flavor even more. The extra hot salsa served with the dish was a great addition. The meat and cheese inside the tortillas was fantastic and there was plenty of it. The dish also came with rice, which I poured the leftover broth onto, and it was just as excellent. The restaurant has a fun Mexican decor, despite the name not quite matching, and the food was amazing. I tried a huge quesadilla with steak, chicken, and shrimp for a reasonable price, and the choriqueso dip was top-notch. The salsa was flavorful and fresh, the chips were crispy and warm, and the service was very attentive. From the outside, the restaurant may not look like much, but I highly recommend giving it a try. It's a great experience.

The Mexican food at this restaurant is amazing and authentic. The staff is excellent and very friendly. The parking lot is small but there is enough room if everyone parks correctly. The restaurant is very colorful and decorated, making it great for kids. The wait staff always interacts with the kids and makes them smile. The service for dining in is top-notch.
