Bidra med feedbackMy partner and I ordered our speck and egg rolls in the paradise store and it was the worst decision ever. it was assumed to come with the tomatenrelish, but ours were gone. together with we asked for BBQ sauce. if it. I'm sure there wasn't seen. the main problem with eating was that it had a taste of oil. unsafe when the bungalow was completely fried deep, but gosh felt sick afterwards. make one please and avoid the speck and eier roles here.
Had the brot and the baked before tried, but stayed for a late coffee. well that they make coffee late, as most places seem to stop 1. we sat outside on a table in the james street and enjoyed well made coffee while watching the...passing parade. good taste depth, well structured milk, but slightly cooler than I prefer. the service was very friendly.
The Burleigh Baker is exceptional. Their sourdough bread is top-notch and the coffee is fantastic. This is always a must-visit spot for us whenever we are in Burleigh.
After reading previous reviews, we decided to stop by this restaurant for lunch. My husband ordered a burger while I opted for the Chicken Caesar sandwich on sourdough. The sandwich was packed with a generous amount of chicken and bacon, and it tasted delicious. Despite being a bit of a distance from the beach, the walk was worth it.
This cozy little bakery in Burleigh offers a large selection of coffee and delicious croissants, as well as a variety of other tasty, albeit slightly overpriced, baked goods. They charge a fee for card transactions and do not offer a discount for customers who bring their own cup, which is a bit disappointing. Also, they are the only bakery on the Gold Coast that asks customers to bring their bread in slices. Prices range from $5 for plain croissants to $6.50 for pain au chocolat and up to $9-$10 for most bread items. While the croissants may not be as authentic as those at Le Cafe Gourmand in Mermaid, and the bread is more expensive than at other bakeries, if you find yourself in Burleigh and craving a decent coffee and croissant, this place is a good option. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
