Bidra med feedbackI ordered the chicken pho and requested a hotter broth. Everything was good—my broth was nice and hot, and the service was fast. However, it was a bit too salty for my liking. I wish they would consider reducing the amount of salt.
Your banh mi and noodle salad plates are excellent. The banh mi is truly the best I've had in Seattle. However, the chicken and rice plates don’t justify their price. I’d advise against getting just a small piece of chicken. Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit!
The staff at this restaurant often seem to have attitude problems. Today, when we arrived, we were unsure whether to dine in or take our food to go. When the server asked us about our decision and we explained we weren't ready yet, she responded with an attitude. When I mentioned I would be ready whenever she was, she ignored us for a bit. Honestly, I come here for the food, but the attitude of some of the staff can be quite off-putting!
A few months ago they added a tip to me without telling me, then their machine asked for a tip when I swapped my card. Now, last week, their new containers are well 25% smaller and I only discovered this because I put my Pho in the same bowl at home every time. If you can stand these types of rotating games, her pho is good.
Customer service is horrible one of the waitresses ALWAYS but always! I go in, has a bad attitude, I?ve been coming to this place for about 7 years and they always have that one disrespectful waitresses, I order a shake and she came and literally threw it at me! Like I wasn?t paying for the stupid drink
