Jinya Ramen - Burbank

Enjoyed the appetizers here. I give 5 stars for that. But only 4 stars for the ramen. Idk, the taste was good. But not amazing as those I had in Japan Kyoto. Looking forward to have more next time! Still 5 stats overall. The parking is not that friendly.

Great little ramen place with outdoor seating. I recommend the spicy Tonkatsu Ramen and jinya buns. I would have loved an egg in there. Excellent service and the servers were really friendly. Parking was a little tough.

The spicy creamy vegan is amazing- and that comes from someone who can normally not treat much warmth in their eating. I recommend adding more taste to the side of the fresh garlic with it. Although I’m her a dish, it would be great if jinya expands her vegan menu and other options, both in ingredients for adaptation and complete menu items.

Today I tried their vegan spicy creamy ramen. It came topped with spinach, fried onion bits, and soft tofu. The broth had good flavor.

I highly recommend their Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen option, it was out of this world. I'm fully addicted!
