Mcdonald's - Buford

I ate inside so my daughter could play on the playset for a bit while we ate lunch.The manager on duty behaved as if I disrespected her mother when I asked for an additional sweet and sour sauce, I thought this was odd, but shrugged it off and ate lunch with my daughter.While we were eating, a customer from the drive thru had come in to talk to a manager about some sort of issue with an associate while she was ordering. We were sitting at the island seats in the center of the dining room; I could barely hear the customers voice when she was speaking to the manager but EVERYONE heard the manager…. She wouldn’t allow the customer to get a word in edgewise, cutting her off and speaking over her continuously hollering “WE CORRECTED YOUR ORDER! HAVE A GOOD DAY MA’AM!” she *yelled* this at least 5-7 times, it was over the top obnoxious The customer never raised her voice or caught an attitude, after getting yelled at repeatedly by the manager, she eventually just walked out..The way the MANAGER was disrespectful to customers in front of her “minor employees” was outrageous. I wouldn’t want someone that emotionally volatile managing my business or employees…We aren’t a huge McDonalds family, but this is super weird to me that this is happening on a Monday afternoon in the middle of the day when it’s not even a little tiny bit busy….The manager was miserable and nasty to anyone that required anything from her, from asking for a sauce to *listening* to a complaint…. It’s no wonder everything is cumbersome here, they have no real leadership.

After the manager scanned my card, it went through first try, but she held it to her chest and rubbed it around, DIDNT scan it again. She’s hiding a credit card skimmer in there. Also found blunt ashes and hair in my food. 3/17/24 9:30-1010pmCheck the cameras.

I don't appreciate the fact that McDonald's is now automatically upsizing drinks and than adding an upcharge fee. Sounds dishonest to me.

I wish it has 0 zero stars . I don’t even give 1 star for this place .worst mc Donald’s in the word .

They were out of lemonade and WATER. How does McDonalds run out of water?
