Bidra med feedbackThey were out of lemonade and WATER. How does McDonalds run out of water?
I don't appreciate the fact that McDonald's is now automatically upsizing drinks and than adding an upcharge fee. Sounds dishonest to me.
When it comes to Fry's with no salt da bestas plus great apple pies nice and warm hamburgers are great the 20-piece nuggets Hardy no money the best when it comes to
I decided to dine inside so my daughter could enjoy the playset while we had lunch. However, the manager on duty reacted as if I had insulted her mother when I requested an extra sweet and sour sauce. I found this behavior odd but dismissed it and continued our meal. During our lunch, a customer from the drive-thru came in to speak with the manager regarding an issue she had while placing her order. We were seated at the island in the center of the dining area, and I could barely hear the customer’s voice. In contrast, everyone could hear the manager loud and clear. She interrupted the customer repeatedly, shouting, “WE CORRECTED YOUR ORDER! HAVE A GOOD DAY, MA’AM!” – a phrase she repeated at least 5 to 7 times. It was excessively loud and disruptive. The customer remained calm throughout, but after being yelled at multiple times, she eventually left the restaurant. The manager's treatment of customers in front of her young employees was completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t want someone so emotionally unstable managing my business or staff. We don’t frequently visit McDonald's, but I found it strange that such behavior was happening on a quiet Monday afternoon when there weren’t many customers. The manager was unpleasant and unapproachable, whether someone simply asked for a sauce or tried to express a complaint. It’s clear that there is a lack of genuine leadership here, which makes everything feel burdensome.
I wish I could give it zero stars. I wouldn't even give this place one star. It's the worst McDonald's in the world.
