Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I visit several times a week, and the breakfast is consistently fantastic! The biscuits are especially delicious. Every morning, I'm welcomed with a smile and quick service. If you find yourself in the Buford/Suwanee area, I highly recommend stopping by for a meal to kickstart your day.

I went there for breakfast and had a quick and friendly experience. The food was really delicious, and we enjoyed it at the park. The only downside was that when I ordered hash browns, there were only about 3 or 4 in the bag. Given the price, I feel like that's a bit of a shortcoming. It seems to be a company-wide issue, as I've noticed this in other locations too. They should definitely consider addressing it. Aside from that, I had a great experience overall.

This restaurant is fantastic! It’s always spotless, and the food is consistently served hot and delicious. They have a perfect score on health department inspections every time. As a side note to a previous review, it might be helpful to improve your writing skills for future reviews.

I have never eaten at Bojangles before and the location in Buford Ga did not disappoint. If you have a severe peanut allergy like I do(only allergic since about two years ago) it's hard to find something other than Chickfila to eat at. Tons of places use peanut oil to fry their food in. Bo's doesn't!!! And the chicken was superb. The hash browns where some of the best I've had other than my own or waffles houses.

I'm writing this review while currently sitting in the restaurant. I ordered a two-piece meal with fresh fries. My chicken was prepared and then sat on the counter for seven minutes before they added the fries, which were already cooked. When I asked for fresh fries, I was told they were changing the oil. Instead of being honest about it, they simply put the old fries on my plate. The staff was extremely rude throughout this process. There was one older gentleman hanging signs who was very polite, but unfortunately, he was the exception. This place really needs to improve its customer service, as the experience felt very unprofessional and some staff members used derogatory remarks.
