Seabar - Buffalo

I visited during this year's Restaurant Week and had an excellent experience. The food was fantastic, and the service was impeccable!

The service was outstanding once we were seated at the sushi bar. The tuna tartare was absolutely exquisite and a true delight. However, the salmon dish was somewhat dry and sticky. On the other hand, the eel and avocado roll was very enjoyable. I would have liked to try the curry soup, but it had wheat noodles instead of rice noodles. Overall, it was a very satisfying meal.

I enjoyed the delicious seafood tacos with a hard shell, accompanied by rice, salmon, and salsa guacamole. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was pleasant, although the bright lights were a bit distracting for a business lunch. I look forward to returning to try the beef on weck roll!
