Firehouse Subs Premier Plaza - Buffalo

They close at 9 I ordered at 820pm they canceled my order ridiculous if a business is open you allow the order and take my money then cancel it 20 mins later cause your to lazy to make it then close the ordering earlier

I love firehouse subs and how they give back to firemen. I’m a part of their rewards program. When I had a free small sub coupon the manager gave me a disgusted look and said now he’s out of money because it didn’t work in the register.. I don’t understand how that is on me and my fault. I haven’t experienced that much rudeness from a restaurant in awhile. I don’t even know if I want to go back. Also the sub was not a small it was less than an inch long. I honestly am not one to complain I just remembered why I don’t go here anymore. Going out is a luxury for me because everything is so expensive now. Just a little disappointing… it’s on the owner to correct the register/computer problem not me… I felt very awkward and disrespected.

I have been going to this location as well as the mile strip location for YEARS and both locations never fail me !! Always good food with great service and clean locations to eat in. The owner is an awesome guy who goes out of his way to make sure every customer is satisfied. Will continue to support them as long as they are around.

The service was fast and friendly. The dining room was very clean. The food was absolutely amazing! Will definitely be back!
