Breadhive Bakery Cafe - Buffalo

Got a coffee and breakfast sandwich from Breadhive after my bff has been insisting I go for years. The food was phenomenal, honestly the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had the bread was delicious, egg and bacon cooked perfectly and there was a hint of maple that really brought it all together. Everyone working there was super welcoming and understanding as we came in close to closing time. 10/10 this is a Buffalo gem to cherish and protect

BreadHive has a cute interior and upbeat staff. I had the Aaliyah breakfast sandwich with a frosted brownie. The brownie was wonderful and the frosting too. The sandwich however did not live up to the hype. Soo many of my friends/associates have recommended I try this. Egg were decent but I just found the hallmark of the sandwich-the sausage to be lacking. Otherwise definitely a place I'd visit again.

I had the Nina which had shakshuka tomato sauce, garlic feta mayo, pickled onion, scrambled egg and arugula. I added chicken sausage. It was incredible. My bf had the Aaliyah and substituted the maple syrup with garlic mayo. Best bagel sandwiches we’ve ever had!

Visiting the area. Solid breakfast sandwiches and delicious cookies. Very sweet customer service. All of their breads looked amazing. I enjoyed the pretzel.

So we didn’t have much luck finding good places to eat in Niagara on Canada’s side despite all the restaurants with good reviews. As we made our way back to the Buffalo airport, we found this gem! It was an absolute breath of fresh air! They make their own bread, we tried the sesame semolina with chicken salad, and it was amazing! This was a good way to end our trip to Niagara Falls/Toronto at a small, family owned business, with excellent sandwiches! This place is a must try!
