Applebee's - Buffalo

Tonight stopped in with my husband and our Granddaughter. Our servers name was CORD, he was amazing! Being in this business for 41 years I can tell you I appreciate great service and he was just terrific! The food was spot on,but our server just that made it that much better!

Then he started with good suppe, after which it fell off. eating came cold with a gland flavor, brokkoli level without a spice or oil. reis was cold and hard, my steak was meh. madelyn our server has made a great job! safe busy as it was the first day after a major snowstorm and emotions were tensed. felt a vibe all employees tired but on brave faces.

Really long waiting times. an impossible cheeseburger came without toppings, except pickles or cheese and was very dry. the blonde dessert ordered and it came burned on the hot pan it was on (and didn't even taste like a blonde? it was more like a very dry cake? the acknowledgement has been adjusted (for the missing burger toppings and it took forever to get that back. other tabs with bad orders overlisten. only good that I got was the Colada drink, and even that was missing the mumie that should have it. ?

All I can say is just dont go to this place. absolutely worst experience ever. After waiting for someone to take our drink order for more than 10 minutes, I decided to order our food at this time. 5 minutes later, we received our drinks that they spilled over the server the drinks on our table, as if the table was not sticky enough! no appetizer after 20 minutes. the table back was served, although they arrived at us at least 10-15 minutes. the server passed and said our meal passes another 10 minutes and nothing. I have only so much patient through $5 on the table for our fiese tasting pepsi and went out. such bs!
