Pizza Pizza - Buffalo

I placed a pickup order for 5:40 PM, and when I arrived 25 minutes later, my order hadn't even been started yet. I also noticed that they weren't maintaining proper hygiene. There was cross-contamination as they were preparing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals without washing their hands in between.

I had the worst experience at Pizza Pizza! The pizza and garlic bread weren't just overcooked; they were completely burnt and nearly inedible. I would give zero stars if I could. This happened at their location on 1900 Walkers Line in Burlington around 11 am. I regret spending my money there. I asked for the issue to be resolved, but the employee only scraped off the burnt bits from the bread. I was really disappointed by the lack of effort to fix the problem.

The taste of the food is decent, but nothing exceptional—I'd rate it a 6.5/10. The quality is fair, but the portion of toppings is noticeably below average. The service is friendly, but the ambiance is lacking; it feels rather dull for dining in. Prices are moderate, making it a convenient spot for fast food. Overall, it’s not a standout choice, earning neither gold, silver, nor bronze accolades. On the plus side, parking is easy, with no time restrictions.

The pizza delivery guy was quite unprofessional. After having issues with his machine, he decided he would grab my fathers card and attempt to “tap” it to make a payment. You shouldn’t ever grab or attempt to make a payment with anyone else’s card.

This is the best pizza pizza, always open late. Quick and yummy pizza, very friendly
