Taco Bell - Buena Park

The food is always warm and my order is always correct. The morning manager/shiftleader(not sure what she is always has a bad attitude. Usually I will over look it but today I couldn’t. I asked for 7 Diablo sauce and she gave me 4….. FIRE SAUCE. Someone needs to remind her she is in the food service. She isn’t supposed to make our day perfect but at the very least not ruin our day. I hope she sees this and knows why I will from now on give her the same bad vibes she puts out to the world.

So after a movie about me and my daughter, a bunch of food, and literally all of it sucked. We got a burrito about the size of a Taquito and had nothing but green sauce and 2 beans The mexican pizza was so soggy From grease I already know you got to eat that thing immediately. And I did, but it was a grease ball . And that average reason why you go to Taco Bell. And you get that Taco Bell experience from the flavor of the food. The food was terrible, it didn't give me that experience.

The person at the front window was extremely rude. I think her name started with an M? I just asked for a cup of water because it is hot and she seemed annoyed and agitated that I wanted wanted water. She said they have no water cups and if I want a soda that I should go around again and order a soda cup and pay for it to get a cup of water. I think the way she said it was extremely rude and she could've said it in a nicer way. I would rate their customer service 0 stars if I could

The food, service atmosphere were awesome. My food was fresh. The service was quick. The atmosphere was pleasant. It was very clean in the lobby and the kitchen area.
