I was excited to come to this place, but as soon as I'm here, it wasn't the best experience. young female cash was not helpful at all. not to make my customer service experience good. I felt like I was harassing the young woman when I ordered and paid. After I made my order, I put a request, a little tamarind syrup flavor that they use in the raspados on my drink, but she said she couldn't and wanted me 1 for the optional tamarind stick, that's not what I wanted. what attracted me is that the drink comes with shaved ice and tamarinde could have poured instead of the pineapple taste. I finished the Raspado smoothie, just for the reason I give them 2 stars instead of 1, but there was nothing special. much better places with friendly smiles they find easily.

I was just here to get a drink its 100’ outside. When I entered the store there were about 6 people inside two were ordering the other 4 people waiting for their drinks. After I had ordered my drink she tells me wait outside in the 100’ weather for my drink. Now there were 3 people waiting. I say to her can I please wait inside since it’s so hot outside? But she insisted that I wait outside. So I did when one of the gentleman walked out I walked in she gives me a dirty look very rude!! I told her I am Patronising your business you shouldn’t have people wait outside in this hot weather when your store is not even packed. I am not going back here to get a drink for 7 and a 3 tip again!Hope the management sees this and teach the girl in front customer service and proper etiquette!

It was my first purchase there, and it was a horrible one. Staff is rude, and they overcharge for what is on the menu. I understand that there is an additional charge for add ons, which is disclosed. However, they charged a higher sum for the extra charge that what was indicated on their menu. Their justification was that the price had changed, yet it was evident that their price menu had not been updated. As a result, they are compelled to adhere to the pricing listed on their menu. Which they did not do that .California LawCode 12024.2. states that a It is unlawful for any person, at the time of sale of a commodity, to do any of the following: 1 Charge an amount greater than the price, or to compute an amount greater than a true extension of a price per unit, that is then advertised, posted, marked, displayed, or quoted for that commodity.Note: “overcharge” means the amount by which the charge for a commodity exceeds a price that is advertised, posted, marked, displayed, or quoted to that consumer for that commodity at the time of sale. c A violation of this section is an infraction punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars 100 when the overcharge is one dollar 1 or less.It should be noted that if they do not adhere to their pricing menu, they may be reported to the Federal Trade Commission ReportFraud.ftc.gov

This place is so bomb definitely a go to. I get the number 13 and am never disappointed unless watermelon is out of season!

I bought an iced popsicle here and they are really delicious. It good for those that have a sweet tooth!
