I ordered 2 egg and cheese McMuffinsI requested no sausage and instead add an extra egg on eachThe cashier didn’t know what to do cuz the egg was extra $1.99 each but the computer didn’t discount anything for removing the sausageShe asked her manager and said since the sausage is more expensive than the egg should I just give to him and she said no charge him extraIdk if this is a franchise thing or this particular location but that’s just excessiveWhat do you all think, am I exaggerating I know of places that try and accommodate

Feels like we are bothering the girls to take our order, but that's their job. They turn their backs to customers and so we just stand there till they acknowledge us again ?.

Several other ppl have said the same things i will. They pretend they cant understand when you give them the 4 digit code, every single time at drive thru. Then if u check urself out and use any sort of promo, they will short you every time, and it only happens if using a promo. Ive been going here a few years and I have enough experiences with this location to say for sure the person that runs this store is having the employees do this. I got 2 frappe earlier first time returning anything), 1 with promo one without, my kid and i walked right back in with full frappe to have them remade bc they tasted like water. It was as if whatever they put in it to flavor it was split between the 2 drinks. When they remade them, the intentionally filled them up about 3/4 full, both of them. They discussed doing this in front of me not realizing some crackers speak Español.

Stood In the drive thru for ten minutes saying “hello” and no one helped us. Pulled up to the window and were completely ignored. Had to walk inside and tell the worker we were at the drive thru and no one answered, she replied rudely with “oh that’s weird we have 2 headsets.” And literally smirked at me. I let it go and ordered my two ten piece nuggets that was a deal, but one get the other for $1. Turns out she only charged me for one and didn’t give me the deal. I was already back in the car and just said forget it. So glad I’m not from this area because I would hate to have to deal with this on a regular basis.
