Chipotle Mexican Grill - Buckeye

This location is getting worse and worse. Don 't use online ordering here. It 's faster to just drive there and wait in line and get it that way. Everything I order online I end up waiting 20-30 minutes because the online system was down and they have to make it right now Edit: finally got my food took it 20 minutes home and they forgot my kids bag of chips juice box, and my regular size chips were filled about 1/8th of the bag...

Food was good. Girl on line kinda grouchy. The food line did need some cleaning as did the dining area. Manager was on register and went to clean dining area up a bit. Update: Was cleaner today. A bit slow, maybe new staff working. Tried the new pollo asado, seemed a bit spicier than the other meats. But not bad. Friendly staff. Update: 9/3/2022 Walked in for dinner. Ordered the same kids build your own as always. Asked for a bit of lettuce rather than the tortillas. Looked at the reciept once I sat down. I was charged for a steak salad which is a $5 difference. I spoke with the cashier which mentioned that Angel told her to charge it as such. I told him it was not a steak salad to which he responded, it 's because you didn 't want the tortillas . I asked for a bit of lettuce! OMG! I thank Josh, who took care of the problem for me.

Completely careless. Being lazy and using the same containers for all the food when you can see rice mixed with the beans and chorizo. Also putting the plant based chorizo next to the meats when they're not suppose to do that to avoid cross contamination. When I said something the lady just looked at me smiled and asked if I wanted any sides. Never going back I almost walked out.

It was horrible not pleasing at all. Meat was dry as heck. Cold!!! Had to pick nasty lettuce out. I never go here but seeing commercials they made it look really good. But gross. Chips sucked also surprised there still open. Don't waste your money. And I felt bad for the girl that was up front did it all for the guy just rang people up walk in circles in the dinningroom not even pushing in chairs in an empty building. We had to push them in just to get out the trashcan in the way also. The one in Buckeye

Why bother ordering ahead, why bother selecting your toppings for your bowl online especially when you get half a bowl of selected ingredients that you pay $15 for and get stale corn chips, no queso which you paid $11.95 that's over priced to begin with.
