Pe baricade - Bucharest

Close to the city center, outside terrace and nice music. good for a Saturday night couple visit or a cold drink after work.

This is a relaxing, holiday-like terrace, literally hidden among the concrete blocks of apartments in the inner city of bukarest. it makes them forget that they are 5 minutes away from the busy and crowded unirii square. it's quite modest, but with a good and cool mood. good choice. of beer, good pizza; the staff was prompt, smiling and friendly.

It is cozy, not fancy; the prices are low, the portion is slow. good place to go with friends in summer, away from the old city and still in a central and accessible location.

One of my friends from the University baptized her child at a nearby church and she wanted to celebrate the event here. Nice atmosphere, brick-like walls, metal chairs, but, most of all, very child friendly atmosphere, especially on the terrace. Play cars, small bikes and...stuff that keeps children occupied while grownups enjoy a good beer. We tasted pizza, bruschetta, and some sort of salty pancakes with cheese, ham and mushrooms great, by the way !

Very central (near unirii square) it is a very suitable place for a beer and a pizza. a little isolated, it has a beautiful atmosphere. eating is decent, the beer is cold and the staff is beautiful. it is bicycle-friendly and animal-friendly.
