Bidra med feedbackExpensive restaurant but they make you feel welcomed. Eduard was very patient and friendly. Choosing your lobster from the aquarium is a fun little experience to have too.
The place is nice and quiet, spacious but intimate.What we loved most about this place, was the service, we had a very nice and communicative waiter.The food was good but not excellent as we expected, at least the one we tried.We had oysters, crab paté, codfish dumplings for starters and scorpionfish with migas for main course. What we enjoyed most out of these, were the crab paté and migas. The rest were not bad, but not good either, it always seemed that the food had something missing, you couldn't find a special aroma.Last, we tried the portuguese pudding, wich is a romanian creme brulee, and it was ok; and pastel de nata, wich was very delicious , but it seemed to be one of those frozen desserts that they put in the microwave oven.It didn't seem freshly made...otherwise, very nice texture and taste.For all of these, plus 2 glasses of wine, we payed 700 lei, wich is not a big price for that area, but personally i would preffer paying more and have a better quality of the food.
Great atmosphere and decorations. A waiter who makes mistakes between English and Romanian and gives good recommendations. The portion sizes are large, the wine is great and the facilities are clean. What do you want? Sure, it's not cheap, but that's not why you're going here. You go for the sea food, not the cheap food. It's so good, even your food smiles.
It's superlative. From attention to guests, excellent food and selected wines to the incomparable atmosphere of fado music evenings. I strongly recommend!
Very nice restaurant. Best seafood I had so far in Bucharest. When it turned out that our part of the shells had mostly shells, but hardly a “meat” they immediately prepared an additional part without a surcharge. Even the desserts were delicious. I wasn't very impressed by the service. Although it wasn't very busy, no one came to check if we wanted a drink. From 22:45 onwards they start pushing you to the door. To delete the tables around us, but also our own table (the second of us ended their drink, the glass was taken away), the bill without asking us to close the terrace cover, etc.
