I never had a insomnia cookie that I didn't enjoy, and I thought going gluten-free meant that I had nothing to remember. then lo and.

Their cookies are delicious when they go in one of their shops. but their online service leaves much to be desired. do not count on these people.

No one has let me know that the command was there! eis was super soft I thought they would text when delivered and I am not happy

You can never go wrong with Insomnia Cookies. I don’t know how they do it, but the cookies are always cooked to perfection. Amazing cookies, not so amazing employees and prices. Insomnia cookies will always taste amazing, but the cost is absolutely outrageous. And for the price, you would hope the employees would be on their A-game but they were clearly miserable with their jobs. Whoever is managing this location probably needs to treat their employees better and/or give better training. One of the girls mixing the ice cream had extremely long nails, without a glove on one hand, and her thumb nail was going into the bowl. I would just suggest updating employee training and pricing
