Kfc - Bryant

I was missing part of my order and received crispy chicken instead of the original. Additionally, I got a breast piece when I specifically requested none. KFC has lost my business, especially since I drive 20 miles to reach this location.

This place was in chaos last night. The staff was yelling at each other. Lots of complaining. Watched one employee throw a little fit when gravy was spilled. I pointed out my order was wrong and one of them yelled at me. Got home and the chicken wasold and slimy. Biscuits were dry. The potatoes had a sour taste. How do you mess up instant potatoes? Toxic experience. Mylast visit.

The chicken wasn't cooked properly, and when I tried to call to complain, no one answered. It sounded like their phone was connected to a fax machine.

The food was excellent. The chicken was neither too greasy nor overly crispy, which I've experienced with other original recipes in the past. This KFC got it just right. The only downside was that we didn’t receive the coleslaw that was supposed to come with the meal, as we were meant to have two sides.

I waited in the drive thru for 20 mins. tgen when I got to the window I had to wait another 5mins fir them to have biscuits done.
