There are very limited options for vegan or vegetarian dining in Bryansk. I was pleasantly surprised to discover a small take-out window offering vegan shawarma, which was slightly more expensive than the traditional shawarma but meat-free. The one I sampled contained a satisfactory amount of seasoned soy and was incredibly tasty. While it may not have been anything extraordinary, it fulfilled my craving after searching for a place to eat.
