Sushi Bourse - Brussel Centrum

I've been several times in this sushi that doesn't pay a mine. The staff is nice and efficient. Sushi are good without being unbelievable but the value ratio is excellent.

The sushi are prepared on demand, a short waiting time but a breath-taking freshness. The 'bateau' tray of 34 sushi is super well presented pieces of salmon/thon raw a delight!!

My wife and I were a noon in this restaurant, the decoration is traditional and the service is pleasant. For food, sushi are better than those of the restaurants chains more than they are prepared in front of our eyes with fresh products. Chicken rice and beef noodles are rich and have a good taste.

My overall impression is that they lack professionalism. While the food appeared fresh, the tuna had an odd color, suggesting they may not be as experienced as they should be. It does not feel like an authentic Japanese restaurant and the sushi serving style is questionable. The Sashimi was clumsily cut and the rice was not cooked perfectly. Despite being the only customers, the service was quick but not very attentive (we had to ask for plates) and the tables looked dirty. Additionally, we were unable to pay with a card due to issues with the machine. Overall, there is room for improvement, especially considering the prime location of the restaurant.
