Taco Bell - Brunswick

Drive thru was backed up with several vehicles after I had been in a six hour I95 traffic jam. Tired, hungry and they got us all taken care of in a timely manner. Very good service and professionalism.

Was disappointed in the service, first, no coke products, you have to ask for packets of sauce now! Then they ask you how many, when we sat down, no sauce in our bag, had to go to the counter again to get hot sauce. You can't get your own refills on your drinks, even though the drink fountain is still located in the dining room! My wife's burrito had remnants of beef in it, was very disappointed in our visit today! Outside the side door, entry door, it was a black Chevy truck parked in two parking spaces, no one else was in the dining room, so it must have belonged to an employee! I thought that was very selfish to customers also! Will not return for all the above mentioned reasons!

Poor customer service my boys stood at counter waiting to pay. No one tried to take money. Then manager yells asking if we ordered. Said yes. No one tried to collect. She said she didn't have to ask. Wasn't part of customer service. Poor leadership. Prime example of what is wrong with society today. Deserve zero stars. Slow also. Ordered 3 soft tacos. 5 people in store, maybe 1 in drive thru. People like her should not be in customer service. Especially a manager.

Worst service ever. Ordered the bean burrito with no onions and add sour cream. And a Mexican pizza no tomatoes. It looked as if they scrapped the tomatoes from the Mexican pizza and the bean burrito still had onions, had no sour cream, and for some reason even had lettuce. Was not a big deal. I returned it and was told “sorry for the inconvenience, we’ll get it fixed” at the window. The cook was very rude saying that she made what I ordered and she didn’t see a problem. Got the order this time and she put the tiniest scoop of beans in the burritos and STILL forgot the sour cream. Hopefully they replace the cook with someone competent enough to read a screen and admit when they’ve made a mistake.

Nastiest junk I ever ate they tacos tasted like sanitizer! The shell was hard. It was a waste of time instantly went back for a refund! Couldn’t even get full refund because the chips and cheese was ate half way like they don’t already only give you a tbs of cheese!!
