Sheetz - Brunswick

Came for a late night snack and the whole crew was there tonight! Great energy, sincerity and amazing accuracy on my order. My pack was built so evenly and the proportions of the beats were absolutely perfect! Colin at the counter was super accommodating and patient with me when I dug exact change out of my pocket, Anne-Marie was kind to anyone she gave orders, and I think Tom in the kitchen was the one who made my food so divine!

They have a shelf for mobile orders, but the workers are too lazy to walk around and place it there. Waited about 15 minutes for my food that was sitting in a bag on the counter that has a sign that says please do not approach the counter . Finally did anyways to find out it was my food sitting there, now cold. Seems they need better management.

You can only have 2 people working in this type of store the priority is beer sales and gasoline I was told by the employee who could not make 4 hotdogs cause he was to busy make some coffee drinks for his buddies in there hanging out ! This 2 horse town sucks and really surprised that sheetz would allow this to happen in its store Your right next to a major aldis dc warehouse Very very poor place

Worst experience of my life i just had the so-called Manger use foul language at me because they messed up my food. I asked for them to remake my order and they refused to!!! So I called over a manger whom was extremely rude to me refused to remake order and gave me the wrong phone number for corporate as well as a fake name and store number. All n all don't go here until corporate changes things... oh anther thing.. no masks and no gloves in the kitchen. Ill be sure the cdc hears about that!

They never ever have the drinks stocked. Red bull, water, many other drinks are never re stocked. You can see cases in the cooler just not available for me to purchase. I goto this location almost every day now for months and 50% of the time most water and red bull choices are not stocked. Management is to blame here and Sheetz should fix this unacceptable situation for this location.
