Kfc - Brunswick

I went in to this establishment and was immediately greeted with horrible customer service. A heavy set woman with blue hair had scars up and down her arm and was intentionally showing them off to customers for attention while my 8 year old daughter waswith me. I will never be going to another KFC again.

24 car drive thru. Online orders cancelled and employees give ZERO care. Never again

Yesterday at 8pm, I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru with only 2 cars in front of me. The staff were laughing and joking, showing no sense of urgency. Unfortunately, the food I received was cold and the fries were soggy. Overall, this was the worst KFC experience I have ever had.

The restaurant was closed during lunch hours, even though customers were inside eating. Despite attempts to reach staff through phone calls, no one answered. This level of service is unacceptable.

I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times using Doordash, and each time they have either forgotten or misplaced something. For instance, during my last order, I requested extra sauce but did not receive any sauce with my meal. Despite this, the food tasted decent.
