Firehouse hasn't let me down yet. They are always friendly and have a clean restaurant. I would recommend everyone. Still 5 stars give that the only complaint I have is that I never seem to place my order online for collection. Except that no other complaints food is great.

So first they had an attitude! Second this is not what we ordered. We wanted a hook and ladder. Third we also got soup and it was spilled all over the bag. Forth my HOT SUB was a cold sub.

My meatball sub was fine but the grilled cheese was so sad. Look at the cheese from the picture . Like what is that?? Never order grilled cheese from them.
