Order food never arrived and when called the next day after trying several times the night before and waiting for 2 hours for food they said there a problem with system and refund going through after 8 days and still no refund I called to explain this and the man on the phone was rude so rude mocking the way I spoke and mugged off that the refund will arrive in a couple of days. Should not be operating a business.
The management are running this place into the ground, used to be lovely food, freindly staff but not any more. Waited over 2 hours for food to be told that it still wasn't ready so we cancelled, refused to refund me.
Ordered with a wait tine of 1hour 20 mins online. I called after 1hr 30 minsand they told me had just leftshop. 20 mibs later i called again only to be told it hadn't left yet. When i asked why they lied before i wad accused of lying myselg saying they never saus that. Awful customer service
This order was put in and given a 2 hour waiting time. When contacted to ask if they had started cooking it yet, the guy on the call got really rude asking why swearing. When asked what he means we want to know if had started cooking yet, he got even ruder asking why have to keep saying f**king while talking to him. If can 't understand the call, don 't answer, if want to get confrontational get facts right. 2 hrs wait for a burger is bad enough, abuse when trying to confirm if was being sorted, not good
So here we go....... Waited over 2hours for our telephone order. Only to be wrong and the Manager arguing with us when we call to say they missed out 1 part of out order!!!!! Terrible customer service, would not recommend to anyone unless you want an unfilled order!!! Stay away!!!
