Costa - Broxtowe

I am disappointed in Costa Coffee. Today, my daughter, who is an NHS worker, visited your Chilwell store to treat herself. However, she was asked to leave after only 15 minutes of sitting quietly, enjoying her coffee and reading a book. This was because other customers wanted to sit down. She hadn't even finished her coffee. It was wrong and disrespectful to treat customers in such a manner. She left the shop feeling upset and in tears by the time she reached her car. Shame on you.

Up to the useual standard of Costa Coffe establishments, one gripe though, like most of them, they tend to have the air conditioning on even when it's cold, this makes the experience not that pleasant, the staff need to think about the customers comfort not their own

The coffee at this restaurant is delicious, but be prepared for Costa prices. The ambiance can be a bit lackluster when it's gloomy outside, as the large windows let in a lot of natural light.

We had a coffee and tea here to prepare for a meeting. Nice place, very friendly staff. And a very nice yoghurt with cruesli and fruit.

The usual high standard from Costa, the drinks tasted super. The staff were very friendly and polite also. Great location too, within the retail Chilwell retail park.
