The Turtle Enoteca, - Brownwood

Great food and wine. Fun atmosphere on the bar side. Gelato was also excellent. My girlfriend and I will be back!

I've eating out regularly in nice restaurants in the DFW area for several months now, but I have to say I love Coming back to the Turtle when I get back in town! Went by for an early lunch as they unlocked the doors after a holiday weekend. They whipped up a crab cake dish on a creamy corn chowder base that wasn't on the menu that I had my wife literally praising with each bite! Since this was breakfast for me (fasting for my blood draw at the doctor's) I had their quiche and a latte. Excellent as always! Thanks for the high standards!

Our party of five had a wonderful evening. Great food and service! Looking forward to a return trip that will no doubt include a hamburger or two!

Its our Brownwood go to for great food and wine! How fortunate this small town is to have this gem. The only thing I 'd add to this place is to warm up the restaurant without overdoing it. Maybe, white tablecloths and small candle lamps someday soon!?

Supposed to be open until 9pm. But was closed when we went by to get a sandwich and cup of Gelato at 3:45pm.
