Whataburger - Brownsville

Seems like the priority to serve customers comes second. Workers eating on there time off get first serve at least that’s how I felt. My food was ok I’ve had better I ordered a breakfast taco and asked for it to be toasted well it wasn’t. I still ate it and I didn’t make a fuss about it. Restroom and dining are very clean.

The only place that mixes brisket into the hamburger meat. Amazing.

For one, it was taking a while to get my order.. when I got to the window, I felt like I was being hurried!! I had asked for 1 #5 all the way whatasize with drink being half unsweetened tea with lemonade.. when I got home, I realized that the drink was made with sweetend tea! I told her twice and she repeated twice unsweetened!! To top it off, fries weren't all the way to the top, and they were cold!! Its not the first time I've had problems with that store, but this time I am talking about it, cuz it did get to me.. I was tired and I was hungry!! Hope they fix them cuz I don't see myself going back there as much as my wife and I loooove Whataburger!!!

Burned my biscuit twice. Placed order online and they didn't start making it till I got there.

Loves me something, but my last 3 visits were not pleasant. To get my order wrong and not to release it to come home. Then must go back or not just want to go back due to traffic and inconvenience. Whataburger please double check order and spare part order or give Freebies make it worth returning. Better shape up
